Wire Speed Academy Learning Management System (LMS) User Agreement & Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets out the terms and conditions for accessing and using the Wire Speed Academy Learning Management System (LMS). It applies to all users, regardless of role or access level.

The policy confirms that:

  • The LMS is provided for authorized, lawful, and professional use only

  • Users are responsible for securing their accounts and all activity performed under their credentials

  • Misuse of the system, unauthorized access, or inappropriate content is strictly prohibited

  • All LMS content remains the intellectual property of Wire Speed Academy or its licensors

  • User activity may be monitored for security, compliance, and operational purposes

  • Personal data is processed in line with applicable data protection and privacy laws

  • Wire Speed Academy reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access in cases of non-compliance

By accessing or continuing to use the LMS, users confirm their acceptance of this policy and their responsibility to comply with its terms.

By selecting “I Agree”, you confirm that you have read and understood this notice and consent to the collection and use of your data as described. If you select “I Do Not Agree”, access to the LMS and course content will be restricted.

LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (LMS)

USER AGREEMENT & ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

By accessing, registering for, or using the Wire Speed Academy Learning Management System (“LMS”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this User Agreement. This agreement applies to all users of the LMS, irrespective of role, designation, or level of access.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the LMS.

1. Purpose of the LMS

The Wire Speed Academy LMS is provided as a centralized digital platform to support authorized learning, training, assessment, collaboration, content delivery, and performance tracking. The LMS is intended for professional, educational, and organizational use in alignment with the objectives of Wire Speed Academy.

Access to the LMS is granted solely for lawful and approved purposes.

2. User Responsibilities

All users of the LMS agree to:

  • Use the LMS in a lawful, ethical, and professional manner

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information when required

  • Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials and access information

  • Prevent unauthorized use of their account and promptly report any security breaches

  • Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted under their account

Users are accountable for actions performed using their credentials, whether authorized or unauthorized.

3. Acceptable Use

Users shall not engage in any activity that may compromise the integrity, security, or intended use of the LMS. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Uploading, sharing, or distributing content that is unlawful, harmful, offensive, misleading, defamatory, or infringing

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data

  • Interfering with system performance, security controls, or availability

  • Copying, reproducing, modifying, or distributing LMS content without authorization

  • Using the LMS for personal commercial gain or non-approved purposes

Any misuse of the LMS constitutes a breach of this agreement.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All courses, learning materials, documents, media, system components, branding, trademarks, and intellectual property made available through the LMS are the property of Wire Speed Academy or its licensors, unless otherwise stated.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access LMS content solely for its intended purpose. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of LMS content is strictly prohibited.

5. Data Protection and Privacy

The LMS may collect, store, and process user data, including login activity, usage records, assessments, submissions, progress tracking, and system logs, for operational, administrative, security, and quality improvement purposes.

  • All personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy legislation

  • Users shall not access, process, or misuse personal data belonging to other users without proper authorization

  • Wire Speed Academy implements reasonable measures to protect user data against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse

6. Monitoring and Compliance

To ensure security, quality, and compliance, Wire Speed Academy reserves the right to monitor LMS usage, content, and activity.

In the event of non-compliance with this agreement or related policies, Wire Speed Academy may, at its discretion:

  • Restrict or suspend user access

  • Revoke LMS privileges permanently

  • Initiate corrective, disciplinary, contractual, or legal action where appropriate

7. System Availability and Modifications

The LMS is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Wire Speed Academy does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation of the LMS.

Wire Speed Academy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the LMS, including features, content, or access, without prior notice. This User Agreement may also be amended at any time. Continued use of the LMS constitutes acceptance of any such changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wire Speed Academy shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or liability arising from:

  • Use or inability to use the LMS

  • System downtime, technical failures, or data loss

  • Unauthorized access resulting from user negligence

  • Errors or omissions in LMS content

9. Suspension and Termination

Access to the LMS may be suspended or terminated at any time, without prior notice, if a user is found to be in breach of this agreement or applicable policies.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By selecting “I Agree”, logging in, or continuing to use the Wire Speed Academy LMS, you confirm that you:

  • Have read and understood this User Agreement

  • Agree to comply with all terms and conditions outlined herein

  • Accept responsibility for your use of the LMS
